If you are not satisfied with the product a refund will be given on the unused portion once the unused portion has been received by Coffee Mamma. Please be advised that we do not process refunds on ground beans. All charges relating to postage are to be borne by the customer. Notification of any issues with the product are to be emailed to Matthew Sheridan at matt@coffeemamma.com.au.
